Hey April. Thank you for the feedback. Being a subscrption business the customer has to log in to their customer portal which is listed at the top of the Petscy.com. Once logged in, with just a phone number, you can easily cancel. We also have options under the FAQ tab to contact us as well as our email on all the products. However, I'd like to make it even easier but the software we use doesnt give us the option. Your next order is set to ship Oct 1. Would you like me to cancel? Chris Founder

Hey Dianna, Let me know how things go after this month. We actually have an upgraded version of this product coming out in a couple of weeks that may help even more. We’ve tripled the amount of Quercetin, which helps support short-term relief from itching, while the Colostrum helps support longer-term healing, which can take a few months. If needed, I’ll make sure we get you the new version to try when available. Chris Founder

Following up. Thanks for the update, Christena. Do you mind updating the star rating as well? That’s what affects our overall average, and it’s currently still showing as 2 stars, which unfortunately has a negative impact on our rating. We really appreciate you taking the time to update it! Hello Christena, We take customer service very seriously. Can you confirm that you’re leaving a review for the right company? I ask because you mention “drops,” but you ordered dog chews from us. Secondly, we track all emails, and I don’t see any emails from the Yahoo email address you have on file. Which make me believe that you may be mistaken. Third, nothing is sent in glass bottles or anything that can break. I definitely want to look into this further. If not us I kindly ask that you update the review. Chris Founder
