Monique, thank you for the feedback. I am happy to hear that we were easy to deal with. However, I apologize about your order showing up destroyed. This is not the norm and I will be immediately contacting our fullfillment company about this. Please reply back if anything needs to be replaced and ill personally handle. Frank, tracking shows that the order was delivered today. I think you confirmed it in your updated reply. Can you update the stars (unless you think we deserve one star). One star means that we are a disaster of a brand when in actuality we delivered within timely manner. Thanks Chris. Hello Frank. The order was placed on the 8th. A tracking email was sent the 10th (maybe in spam) and tracking below shows that it should be delivered today the 13th (or soon).
