Hello Melissa. I am sorry to hear that our chews didn’t help with your pups ailments. If your became worst than my only guess is that they may be allergic to pork flavoring. As for returning, we make it pretty simple. Fill out a return form or email Support@petscy and we will send you a free return stamp. Simply place on your order and throw in the mailbox. I am always trying to better the business so please let me know if i am missing anything as I’d like to know what was difficult. Thank you Chris Founder

Hey Olga. I am sorry to hear. We utilize a fullfillment center and my guess is someone made a mistake and mispacked. As you can imagine mistakes will happen. However we will always resolve. I will have my customer service team call you today and email (check spam) to resolve. Chris Founder
