Hello Mary Jane. I asked my customer support team to reach out. Please check your email. As for context of what occurred due to our size we require customers to log into their customer portal to manage their orders. When you sent a message in requesting to cancel, petscy replied back with step by step directions on how to log on and cancel (customer didn’t cancel). We use the same system as Amazon where a customer needs to manage. None the less; we will always do the right thing. Support has reached out and can assist with providing a free return label.
