Hey Robert, The order shipped and was received within the 5-business-day timeframe stated on our site. The order was placed on a Saturday, so it did not ship until Monday afternoon, and it was delivered that Friday. As for the product not working yet, I see that you’re only around week two of use. Our directions recommend allowing at least 30 days of consistent use before evaluating the full results. Your dog may already be itching less, but during the first couple of weeks it can be difficult to notice the improvement since you may still see some itching. Colostrum is one of the key ingredients in our chews and is designed to support longer-term relief and healing, which can take some time. That’s why consistency during the first 30 days is important.
