Hello Eileen, I’m sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your order. I’d like to clarify a few details regarding the size you received. Customers place their own orders directly through PetScy. The product you ordered was listed as “SMALL DENTAL POWDER,” which is displayed when the item is added to the cart, during checkout, and again on the order confirmation. These steps provide multiple opportunities to review the selected size and correct any mistakes before completing the purchase. Regarding the label, I’m not sure what additional changes we could make at this time. I currently have one of the bottles in hand and am able to clearly read all of the information on the label, even without glasses. If you are having difficulty reading the label, all of the product information, including the size, is also available on our website. That said, we certainly want to help resolve the situation. If you intended to order the Large size, we can provide you with a return shipping label. Once the returned product shows that it is in transit, we can send out the Large bottles and charge only the difference in price between the two sizes. I also noticed that this order was placed under our monthly subscription option. I wanted to bring that to your attention in case you did not intend to have the product automatically shipped each month. I can cancel the subscription for you, or, if you prefer, I can change the next shipment date, update the size to Large, and give you a $20 discount on your next order. I’m sorry again that the order did not meet your expectations.
