7 day stay for my 7mo old boxer...I've used this facility for the last 8 years with my 1st boxer, cant say enough about the staff and helpers..they do a great job and are very loving to all the pets that stay there.

My dog went to the resort for several years with no major problems. The last year and half staff changed and to many of their long time employees left. The new employees not trained well or negligent ( I can't say which one). A lot of training is needed for this resort and hopefully with the new manager they will do just that.

We arrived to see several staff members attending to and playing with various dogs out by the pool and when we came inside there were multiple staff members waiting to attend to owners coming and going. We had zero wait time and they knew who our pets were. When our pets came out they were happy to see us but not thrilled to leave, so they must have had a great time. Thumbs up to the staff at Pet Paradise in Matthews!!

I have used Pet Paradise for the last five years. My dogs have always been treated with love and caring whether it was my senior girl Annie, my vocal hound called Toby and the sweet puppy called Zoey. I was overwhelmed with the love and sympathy offered to my family when Annie and Toby passed away. Zoey is always thrilled when we take her to Pet Paradise, whether for a day of playing and swimming or boarding for a week or more. I am confident that she will be well looked after and given the attention she wants from the staff.
