I've used them 3 times with great success. My pets loved their stay at Pet Paradise. They came back happy and well cared for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind while leaving your beloved pet!

They were so sweet with our small dog. He had never been boarded before, but he really liked it. They sent us emails and pictures everyday so we could see him having fun. He came home happy and healthy.

I love that they put dogs of the same size, activity level and temperament together for play and exercise time. Our little boy Skipper is shy and afraid of larger dogs, so this is a good arrangement for him. I love that they have web cams in the outdoor and indoor play areas so I can watch Skipper interacting (or not) with the other dogs. They fall down on the daily email reports that were promised, which is a disappointment, and one time they were not able to tell me why one of his meals was not consumed. Other than that, Pet Paradise has been the first boarding facility (other than a vet's office) that I've felt comfortable leaving my dog with. It's pricey but worth it!

Everyone there is friendly and great with animals. My dog, who can be shy, LOVES it the minute we walk in.

We have used Pet Paradise Charlotte Airport location for many years now, our girls always come home happy and healthy. We love the service they offer taking photo's of your children every day so you can see how happy they are and it gives us peace of mind and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants their children well taken care of and happy.
