My puppies had an amazing time!! The staff was so friendly and I must have called 10x over the 7 days that I was away, and every time they took their time to make sure my furbabies were doing good.

Dozer loves his stays with Pet Paradise. The staff is always so great and I know he’s getting the best treatment. It’s super fun to watch him playing with the other dogs thru there app. Highly recommended for anyone looking to board their pet(s).

I recently had reservations for my dog. It turns out that she was due to have her shots since it has been a year. The problem was that I could not leave her because she needed the updated shots to be with the other dogs. I understand. My problem was that you folk knew she needed shots and did not say anything prior to me taking the trip to your facility. That trip is a half hour. I see on the reservation that she needed the shots but nobody checks the reservation for that. We drop our dog off for day care every week. There seems like there should be a way that your people could just make a friendly reminder that the shots are going to be needed for a next visit or do something to remind a person of this need. Sure would go a long way to help fix a bad situation.

Very good service. We have one dog who rushes in the door every time he goes to Pet Paradise. He loves it there.
