The Pet Paradise in Matthews is the only place we trust to board our Golden. She is family and we know she will be well cared for and not just locked in a cage. She has a blast there and the groomer does an outstanding job with her.

My lab puppy just spent 10 days there. She came home happy, well adjusted, clean and fed. I was able to view her playing on the cameras, while we were away. That feature alone, made leaving her, a little easier. I will definitely use Pet Paradise again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy boarding company.

My pets have always had a great experience at Pet Paradise -- for doggie daycare, and boarding (for my dogs and cats). Most recently, my 12 yr old deaf cat had a wonderful week with the staff of Pet Paradise. Thank you

I'm a business traveler and frequently board my dogs at Pet Paradise at Jacksonville International Airport. They love going there and after trying several boarding facilities, Pet Paradise is the only place I trust to take care of my dogs. I consider Pet Paradise a travel service. All other travel services that I use provide a frequent traveler program. I don't understand why Pet Paradise doesn't do that. I've boarded my 2 dogs around 60 days since October 2017 of last year. The facility I use uses Flok and I was told that they could contact Flok to provide them with my stays but the staff don't seem to know how to do that. I like to have my dogs bathed at the end of their stay because they are frankly stinky. At my last stay when I asked for pricing I was told that they now use professional groomers and that the groomers would determine the price based on "how they feel." With that said, love the service, the attention to quality care of pets, the quality of the facility and flexible hours for picking up.

Love the care of my pets. I love that the company values the well being of all pets that are in their care.
