Excellent experience.

First time using boarding, and we were worried, but there was nothing to worry about! We thought our 7 pound ChiPoodle would have been afraid, nervous, might not eat, because she was a rescue and we only had her for 3 months when we had to go away for 7 days. Although her first day she mainly wanted to observe the other dogs, by Day 2, she was strutting with and around all the other pooches! Live WEBCAM was awesome! By Day 7, we thought she would not want to come home with us! Pet Paradise on Premier gave her a go-home bath, reported back to us on how she ate, and even gave Daisy a report card for the week! Very caring workers here! And the place is very clean! Highly recommended! We will use again. Thanks, Pet Paradise!

Love Pet Paradise -can't wait for the one in Indian Land to open. We drive an hour one way now to the Charlotte location. Indian Land Pet Paradise will only be 10 minutes away.

Excellent kennel services, have used the Bartram Park, University, Jax. Airport locations along with the Lake Norman NC facility. Absolutely no problems at any location.

Pet Paradise Bartram is amazing. They took great care of our needy Weimaraner, Dudley, and are so thoughtful and loving every time we come in. They answer every question with kindness and you can tell they really love dogs! We really like the all day play option and how many great play areas they have especially for a big dog like ours. We also like the larger rooms that have the indoor / outdoor option so a dog like ours with crate anxiety may not feel so cooped up. When we picked Dudley up from his first time boarding there for 6 nights, he came home clean, happy, with not a mark on him!!! The staff seemed to know all about his week there, and were all so friendly. Love the camera option. We are bringing him back this week. This is really the best place around to board your dog!

I so use to not have to strap Sage in while we were in the car. I know if I opened the front door to my house and said go. Sage would go straight to Pet Paradise. When we are in the car on are way there. With every turn she just starts to get so excited. The closer we get the more excited she get. So excited I have to strap her in her seat belt now. We love our Pet Paradise family!!!
