Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

Pet Paradise was always wonderful, but now they require you to put each meal for boarding in a separate ziplock bag, or pay $3/day for food. My little dog eats 1/4 cup 2 times a day - that means for a 7 day stay, I have to have 14 bags of food. If I choose to use their food, it would be an additional $21. Since I pay $10 for a bag of food, and my dog certainly doesn't eat it all in 7 days, that's a lot more for food. Sometimes I board him for 3 weeks - boy, that's a lot of ziplock bags!

I hate boarding my little Sophia but I feel confident when I board her at Pet Paradise & feel she is safe there. We can also view her on the internet at playtime, to check in on her which helps us feel better while we are away😃

Love everything about Pet Paradise. Great service, great people and they really take care of my dog while she’s there. It can get pricey but it’s worth it!

Great experience while on vacation and the staff took good care of my very social cat while she was there. Thanks to the Pet Paradise team.

I love PPR! They take such good care of my doggie. From the moment I walk in the door, they know him by name, and make us feel welcomed!

Pet Paradise Charlotte Airport, is the only facility that I will ever take my fur babies to. You know they love it there when you go to check them in, they are jumping up and down with excitement to get in there to play. And they never look back at you to say "bye". One of my pups requires medicine 1 hour prior to me picking her up due to severe car sickness. The last time they were there, I totally forgot to call when I was an hour away. No worries, as Brian called me to see when he should give it to her because he knew what timeI said I would be picking them up. That is attention to detail. Murfee loves the bone shaped pool and Miss Gracie loves all of the staff and extra belly rubs she gets. And I love the peace of mind and no guilty feeling when I leave.

I was so pleased with the care my dog received at Pet Paradise. The staff was kind, helpful, and so enthusiastic to meet her. I could tell that they have a great relationship with their regular clients, as well. I’ll absolutely book my pup here for any future boarding needs!

The staff at the Rio Rancho facility is very engaged in making sure my "baby" is well cared for and is given excellent attention. Thank You.
