Our dog Jack is very happy here. The staff is stable and knows him. Good set up with glass block "suites". Nice play area. Never any issues.

When we picked up our dog he smelled. I don't know if he had laid in his urine or not although his abdomen was yellow and he is a white dog so it was easy too see. My son had to cover his nose on the ride home because of the smell. I had too give him bath once we were home. Also we had too take him to the vet because he would not eat and had diarrhea for days afterward so don't know if he picked up something while there. The staff didn't say anything about any abnormal behavior.

I've brought my dog here for doggie daycare about 4 times on a Saturday and I feel their playtime outside is very minimal. I asked a staff member how many times a day do they go out and she replied, "well, we were short staffed today, so about 20 minutes 2 times today." That's not enough for my dog from 9-5 all day. Dogtopia was better for active breeds in my opinion.

Pet Paradise is a great place to take your pets to daycare and boarding services! Also I think its great that they have a vet onsite!

My high recommendation comes based on the behavior of my dog when he visits. He looks happy going through the door and there is no hesitation on his part. I also like the efficiency of check in and check out.

Best place EVER.. our big dog Bailey has stayed several times, he takes medicine every 12 hours & I was so worried, but his needs were met and the manager even called several times to re-assure me that Bailey was doing wonderfully. Super nice staff and beautiful facility. Absolutely would highly recommend Pet Paradise. Jaime Garfield

I love to take my dogs here. They are well taken care of and they always seem to be happy to go here. The facility is clean and smells good. For a pet place, I think this is very impressive. I would recommend Pet Paradise!

Love this place. It is staffed by truly concerned pet people. It is so clean - they provide so many services - even ice cream treats - for my guy.
