My dog had a health problem and the staff were super helpful and caring.

Staff is knowledgable, super helpful and friendly. The groomer does a super job and we love the play days!

Our dog has been going to Pet Paradise in Gainesville, FL for eight years. He loves it! All I have to do is mention their name and he's off and running to the car. The staff is terrific and the facility is super clean and accommodating. It's so good that when we moved an hour away last year, we continue to drive him to Pet Paradise once a week to get his playtime. His experience at Pet Paradise helped him with socialization with animals and people. It's been the best thing we've found for our pet.

Blue has spent at least one day a week for the past 4 years at Pet Paradise. He goes there because of the great treatment, individual attention, and facilities. I trust the wonderful people there to take care of him and keep him safe.

Something went terribly wrong because my usually playful lab would not even let me pet him for two days and he was growling. They said nothing happened but I’m not so sure. Wasn’t a good fit after all

Guinness and Mulligan always have a wonderful time at Pet Paradise. The staff and facilities are great.

This is the perfect doggie spa and resort, I should know I stayed there overnight and loved meeting new friends and swimming in the pool and eating icecream. The staff was fantastic. I highly recommend.
