Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

I saw your work. Amazing, keep it up!

Great Website Service not bad

Their services are okay.

generally satisfied with their service

Great Website! Really nice animations and easy to understand

Overall, I'm still satisfied with your day camp services, but since Pet Paradise has taken over this location from the previous owner (Pampered Pets), there have been a few issues that have yet to be addressed. For one, the online reservations system does not function correctly. I have not been able to use it, and the issue has been going on for several months unaddressed. I also can never get anyone on the phone when I call. There are also very few photos posted to instagram, and I usually never get a report about what my dog did during the day when I come to pick her up after day camp. Many things about your services have remained the same or have improved, but there examples of things falling through the cracks. We have paid a lot of money to both Pampered Pets and Pet Paradise over the years, so it can sometimes be disappointing. Thanks for your attention.

they did a great job providing services!!

A truly awsome place, my dog loved it.
