I had a great first experience and though my delivery went missing, I was assisted promptly. Fortunately, I had insurance so not sure if that made things that much easier. I must highlight that each time I made contact with Petlibro, I was met with prompt responses, top tier customer support and a sense of reassurance. I was honestly very hesitant to invest in getting the Polar Smart Wet Food Feeder but given the nature of my job and the infeasibility of being available all the time to feed my cat as well as my cats dislike of dry food, I decide to give it a try. So far the experience as been a good one that I decided to invest in a second one. Unfortunately the second feeder had a slight problem with the cover. Upon contacting the customer care I was furnished with a replacement within 3 days and it has been doing a great job of setting my mind at ease while I'm at work. I cannot understate the effort made by the customer care reps who attended to my case as they were very kind and helpful.

Thank you for excellent experience - addressing all my concerns very efficiently and effectively. I contacted Petlibro support three times: 1) cancelling an order due to a mistake (single-bown instead of double-bowl feeder). I received an instant reply and confirmation of cancellation. 2) not receiving an item due to a missing flat number - it was efficiently resolved and re-delivered 3) one of two wet feeders arrived with a minor chip on a plastic vent grill in a dented box. The replacement feeder was sent promptly. Thank you for quick and clear responses and positive attitude.

We purchased two polar wet food feeders. Worked great for a couple of days til one of your kitties figured out how to paw open the door and eat his food. Which defeats to purpose of having a timed feeder. Contacted Pet Libro, as a solution, they offered to send me a 20% refund and keep the feeders, suggesting, I gift the defective feeders to friends or family!!! They state the feeder is not defective, guess I need a dumber cat! So now I will return the feeders and have to pay the return shipping charges. DO NOT purchase this if you have a SMART CAT.

Used their pet fountain for three years with no problems. Decided to upgrade and the product had a small defect on arrival (still usable but probably not good for longevity of use) but the customer service was SO fast and understanding! Email replies had a new part ordered for me within a day. One of the best experiences ive had.

My smartdock was randomly stopping spouting water with no apparent reason. I would calibrate the tool in the app, but it would only work for a random time afterward. The first time I did it per Melissa, it worked for 2 weeks, but afterward, every calibration would make it work for periods ranging from 2 minutes to several hours. I deep cleaned it several times during this same period, but no luck. I would have loved to know whether the problem was environmental or user error, but Melissa/Lala were super helpful and suggested just swapping out the base. We escalated to swapping the entire unit instead to help speed up the process. 10/10 Product 10/10 Customer Service 1/10 My Cats Patience.

We have been very pleased with our purchase of a Petlibro automatic cat feeder. The setup was very easy and the connection to the app and wifi was seamless. Importantly, we received outstanding service after we experienced an issue with the feeder. I received an almost immediate response after sending an email and had a full resolution underway within a day. No annoying hoops to jump through, just quick service and a warranty solution. I am very impressed with the feeder and the Petlibro service team!
