We are very pleased with our polar feeder. It's very easy to use and it keeps the wet food fresh. I was looking in the market for something like this, but there is nothing quite like it! I would love in the future for a polar feeder with a camera, or something to let you know the amount of food eaten or remaining. But what I have so far is amazing.

Purchased the Polar Chilled feeder, but disappointed with schedules. Basically you have a maximum of 3x 4 hour windows in a 72 hour period, our cats (like most I suspect) graze throughout the day - I was expecting more intelligence on the scheduling, or opening when it senses the cat nearby (like sureflap does). As a result I am being left with a lot of uneaten food and a hungry cat

Absolutely disgusting service ~ I bought the Dockstream battery operated pet fountain it was delivered promptly 48 hours after I ordered it. First off they do not make it clear that the continuous flow mode DOES NOT WORK when on battery mode it needs mains power. Which rather defeats the purpose of having a fountain with a battery. So I set it up on battery mode with the fountain supposed to pick up your pets approaching the fountain from 20cm away ~ NOT TRUE the fountain would only turn on when either myself or my pet were practically touching it. So I approached Petlibro to return it as they offer a return for any reason within 30 days "PETLIBRO provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in a hassle-free way" ~ that is so NOT TRUE. Every email I sent was not replied to for 24 / 36 hours which I believe is a deliberate attempt to "use up" the above mentioned 30 day return policy. So after 8 days I raised a PayPal dispute, Petlibro had 14 days to respond an hour before the case would have closed in my favour they finally replied to PayPal, again a deliberate attempt to stall and inconvenience the purchaser. So after 22 days from first raising my complaint they have finally agreed to the return BUT have asked me to return it to the USA, the item is for sale on their Amazon store shipped within the UK so again an effort to make the customer keep it. The cost of shipping is £20 to the USA but you can claim this back through PayPal. When I ordered the item from them direct it was shipped and received within 48 hours, so definitely did not ship from the USA and did not have any customs stickers etc. I have ordered from the USA before and typically takes around 2 weeks. So do not order off them avoid at all costs!

If I could mark this less I would. I’ve had non stop issues with my granary feeder. For context, my cat has a strict diet as he was very over weight. He’s fed 5 times a day and when we were away on holiday we couldn’t really expect our cat sitter to go in 5 times a day so we got a cat feeder to maintain his routine whilst we was away on holiday. When we got back we decided to continue using it as I thought at the time of purchase and up until a couple of weeks ago was a brilliant feeder. The problem was that the brush inside the feeder that levels the food to make sure it gives out the correct amount had some how got bent out of shape which was causing the feeder to over feed my cat, causing him to be sick and put on weight. We didn’t realise this was happening until he started to be sick. I emailed Petlibro to see if they suggested anything. I tried all of the suggestions to get the feeder to give out the right amount and nothing was working. The lady I spoke to (Kelly) said she would offer me 6 Desiccant bags as a good will gesture. I felt this wasn’t enough as I’m unable to use the feeder and it was a lot of money. She then offered me 30% refund, but again this wasn’t good enough, then it was 60% and eventually I managed to get a full refund. I only wanted another feeder sent out as we loved it and was so handy knowing my cat was being taken care of and we didn’t have to worry. But now I personally wouldn’t go and buy another one as the communication was terrible and judging by the other reviews I am very lucky to have gotten a full refund If you want to buy a product that breaks after 3 months use then go ahead but I don’t think it’s worth the money

Very happy with our automatic pet feeder. The app works seamlessly and we often have updates to the software which shows they are constantly improving it. The cats love it and we've not had a single issue which after reading some reviews is a relief!

Schlechte Qualität, schlechter Kundenservice! Dort antwortet anscheinend nur ein Chat-Bot! Billige China Ware, Drop Shipping Unternehmen.

We bought a glacier pet fountain 8 months ago. 4 months in the first one stopped working and they promptly sent me a replacement unit. Fast forward to 4 months later and the replacement unit has stopped working. Petlibro customer support responded quickly and asked for a video of me going through the reset procedure and a photo of the unit’s serial number. I promptly sent back the requested info and I’m now being ghosted by Petlibro’s customer support. Avoid this company and their products at all costs.
