Prompt delivery great options

I ordered Royal Canin dry cat food and I still don't have it. They have on their website but according to my vet, Royal Canin only filling vet orders. Trying to get clearance from my vet another story. They contacted my vet 3 or 4 times with someone else's name so of course my vet declined it. Very disappointed so far with this company.Their saving grace is the manager contacted me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. He was very nice and helpful and said I would not be charged for the order. Unfortunately, I believe Royal Canin is not fulfilling retail orders so I probably have a long wait

This was the only place that had my dog's prescription food in stock. And the shipping was expected in 7-10 days and I received in in 4!! Definitely will reorder from here!

Business as usual is falsely claiming to keep prescription foods in stock. They place an order from the manufacturer when they get your order. If your pet is out of food and theanufacturer is out of stock petflow will still claim to have it and tell you later it's back ordered.

We had ordered special diet food for our cat with renal problems. The order was pro cessed quickly and shipping started when, unfortunately, our cat went down hill fast and died. I emailed customer service about the situation and they responded immediately and agreed to stop the order, made immediate refund and even got FedEx to retrieve the package in transit so it was returned direct to them. A wonderful service and also full of condolences. I will recommend Petflow to any pet owner. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! Had an issue with a leaking from shipment and customer service were so kind and sent me new items right away! Would definitely recommend this company for your dogs needs
