The fact that you depend on FedEx reflects poorly on you as a company. FedEx is the worst delivery provider, packages are always damaged and never seem to arrive on time. The free shipping gimmick if you spend so much money is exactly a gimmick. Mostly because of you using FedEx we will not shop with you anymore.

Petflow has the products I need, and ordering is always quick and easy.

Product arrived in timely manner. Box was falling apart and appeared to have been resealed by carrier. Good prices, fast service, need to improve on packing.

I ordered 2 items. The first shipped promptly and arrived ahead of schedule. The second was out of stock and is still out of stock 10 days later. I will probably continue ordering from PetFlow, but it would be helpful if they could restock on a more timely schedule.
