I had searched everywhere for my dog's prescription food. I finally found it on Pet Flow, ordered it and received it earlier than expected. Great service and selection!

I was having a little trouble with the website, resulting in less discount than I thought I would get. I called customer service and the agent made it right without hesitating.

Prices are higher than average; website offers limited functionality (could not cancel an order without talking to them). Started to receive tons of spam after one order placed.

Items cane fast and efficiently , I am happy with my purchase, will definitely buy from Petflow again.

I love talking with PetFlow associates. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Each is a pet owner him of herself. Their pets' names are creative and often unique. When I can't find it on my the website myself an associate knows precisely what I'm looking for and easily directs me to that product so I can see it and be sure it is what I want. PetFlow associates have a collective good sense of humor. They are consistently upbeat.

My order was handled very expediently!! I was very satisfied since this was important to my dog's new diet to control his diabetes!

This was my first time ordering from this company and after a week had not received notice that my order had shipped. I sent an email and after doing so, I decided to check my junk folder and had discovered that they indeed had sent a email saying they had attempted 10 times to contact our local vet to get the ok for the prescription food I had requested. Once I called them and sent the written script I was thrilled that we received the food on our doorstep in 2 days! I was completely out of food and was so impressed with the quick turn around. They were extremely kind and understanding of the matter and in no way were they responsible in not getting the order here sooner. I have a diabetic cat and this food has been difficult to get during Covid. I so much appreciate that they cared in getting the food to us in a timely fashion.
