Order never came. Took my contacting you 2 times before I got a response that the ordered product was out if stock.

Took to long to arrive. 10 days. Order wasn't shipped for 2 days. It was shipped from somewhere in the west and I'm close to the east coast. Pre covid orders arrived in 2 days. Last order before this one took 4 or 5 days. I can live with that. Those orders were shipped from somewhere on the east coast. I will be looking for a company that ships more locally. And they are available. It's sad to break up. I use to recommend you to new puppy owners, but not anymore. $10 in free toys and treats was a nice touch but 10 days shipping is to long.

Petflow carries the brand of dry kibble (Fromm’s) that I use and that I cannot find at other sources and they carry it in a variety of sizes (5, 15, 30 lb), which is so convenient. I cannot lift a 30-lb bag of kibble any longer so being able to order four 5-lb bags is so important. The delivery from the time of ordering is so fast also. I appreciate that convenience very much in addition to free delivery once the order reaches a certain amount, which it always does.
