My dog bowls came in broken :( The team was very helpful with getting me my shipment prior to its arrival tho.

Received two orders when I only wanted one. Now I have four bags of dog food.

I always get my order in a orderly fashion.

I made an online purchase & signed up for auto ship. I got an email a day later stating one of my items was not in stock that they were sending what they considered " a replacement item ". Nobody tried contacting me to even ask if I wanted a replacement item much less to even tell me what it was they choose for me. If I wanted someone in their warehouse to decide what to send me I would have sent an email stating for a random employees to pick 2 random items as long as they stay under a certain dollar amount. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Needless to say cancelled the auto ship and very skeptical on placing another order at all.

Contacted me to let me know a back order would be unavailable and shipped a replacement same day I ordered it! A great way to get pet food delivered and feed a shelter pet at the same time. Been a customer for 3+ years and wouldn’t even dream of going back to Chewy!

It was my first order & was late. They handled the issue right away. I appreciated.

We have used Petflow for years. Good selection of quality pets foods and the delivery schedule is very easy to manage.

I ordered dry food in a panic as my local pet stores pulled ALL Midwest products, regardless of whether they were involved in the recall or not. My JRT is a hot mess of allergies (salmon, mixed fish, rice, brewers yeast, eggs, milk...just to start), and we had recently found a food that was free of all his allergens...no small feat. I had food for a couple of weeks, but feared how long my local store would be without it. The food was delivered very quickly, packaged well, and not a lot that was subject to recall. I will continue to order my food from PetFlow.
