Nobody bothered to contact me about my order being out of stock. After days of waiting for it to arrive I finally called and then found out that it’s not available anymore . Very poor Customer service.

I ordered kibble and canned food for my large breed dogs. Four days after charging my credit card over $300., I received an email saying that PetFlow was unable to fill the order and that it would be 3-5 days before a credit would be issued to my credit card. Why would PetFlow process the charge if the items are not in stock? The other pet supply sites I checked indicated immediately that the items were not available and didn’t charge my credit card unnecessarily. I will no longer be doing business with PetFlow as this seems unethical or at the very least disorganized.

Very quick delivery.

I enjoy that a purchase from your site is a donation to needy animals. The pricing is comparable to other sites. The shipping could be better. Sometimes, I get my order in two days and sometimes, it takes eight days. That makes it difficult to time my reorder. I'm sure the scheduled delivery may correct this issue, but I prefer not having automatic deductions for a subscription service. Due to this, I tend to order elsewhere when I notice it's too late to chance the shipping window. Thus, the 4 stars.
