Both orders I’ve placed were filled quickly and shipped right away. The price is the best I’ve found anywhere, and I could get the product I wanted.

My 1st order took forever to get to me I order from chewy 2 days after petflow and chewy got to me faster. When I finally got my full order one of the bags was ripped with tape over it and I been trying to place another order but they keep canceling it so I wouldn't recommend them go to chewy or petco!

I have only placed one order, but overall I am happy. The biggest issue is that shipping took a LONG time, it was almost a full two weeks between placing my order and actually receiving it. As long as you don’t need the items immediately, it’s not a problem. The food I received was in good shape (although the box was a bit banged up) and had a far out expiration date which tells me the food isn’t sitting in their factory for a long period of time. They do seem to have some great coupons available, so that does make up for their slow shipping speeds. Overall I am willing to keep using this company and see how it goes.

The dog food I get sold out in all surrounding stores. PetFlow was the only one that had it in stock. So I placed an order for a few bags since they're sold out in my town. Very quick delivery. Will definitely recommend PetFlow. Ty

My only issue was the delivery arrived 5 days late from the estimated delivery date and 10 days after it was ordered. When a order is placed, customers do take into account the delivery date. I needed the products before going on vacation and had to buy a replacement locally. I understand shipments are running late these days, but I recommend PetFlow alert customers for possible delays.

I placed a order from pet flow. I received my order but was missing the lid to the treat jar. So I called them on saturday and talked to a fella and he said no problem we will send it out on monday. He aplogized for there mistake. Things happen and I will continue to order from Petflow.
