petflow has great products, great prices and very helpful customer service. The reason for the three star review is that your packaging/shipping is horrible. I continually receive boxes that have way too much stuff in them which makes it hard for the delivery people to pick them up, hard for me to pick up and usually results in damaged products being received. I have called customer service about this each time I have received an order and every time my packages come with too much stuff in them. I hope this review gets to the proper channels so that this issue can be resolved

They had what I needed, in stock, for a great price. Shipping was reasonably fast and packing was great.
