delivered on time and in good shape..

My order went in but no estimate given if it is on the way or when it would arrive. Called to speak with Customer Service and was told they’d look into it and get back to me. Still haven’t heard from anyone. My dog is on a Rx food and the food supply needs to be consistent!

I absolutely love the convenience of petflow Always order and my product arrives in a few days. The best prices on top brand dog food and shipped directly to your door. To anyone who has never tried this site I say go visit Petflow.com and see there’s of ordering and a price that can not be beat on all top brand dog foods.

I have been using petflow for at least 8yrs. I am very happy with their customer service. I have been on their auto delivery with no problem the whole time.

The only issue I have had is the packaging, but their customer service was very good and replaced the items that had been smashed. I loved Chewy, but they got political and it was irritating. I'm looking to buy pet food, not looking for a company to virtue signal, so I switched to PetFlow. I'm not sorry in the least, they do a very decent job and they stick to issues to do with pet food and such.

Placed an order because they showed it in stock, only to find out after I called them they didn’t have it after they told me it was shipping from the Florida warehouse. Then I was told I was getting a refund, only to have it ship 2 days later. Not very happy for a first time customer. I will never order from them again. Very poor customer service and very unorganized company.

I ordered two products. The first product met all the expectations. I ordered the 100 bully sticks. Product arrived as described in the website. My two Labrador Retrievers are now happily feasting on the bully sticks. The second product was a total let down. I ordered the Canine Caviar Buffaroo 12 count box. Well, I only received a single buffaroo. I called customer service to complain. I was told that I would be receiving the correct product in the next two days. I did not. Once again, I received another single buffaroo. I called customer service again. I was told once again that the correct product would be shipped this time around. Not to sound like a broken record, I received another single buffaroo. By then I was quite frustrated and just mentally exhausted from this whole experience.
