The products are very good, but it took a very long time to receive it. This makes for an unpleasent experience.

I never would have found PetFlow if I didn’t have a problem getting my dog’s prescription food, but now that I found you, I’m a customer for life. I ordered antlers a year ago and reordered them and assumed they would be similar in size. They were so much narrower. It would have cost me $10 to ship them back so I donated them. I think some things you can buy online - but not these…

First of all, I'm pleased with both the dry and the canned cat food I ordered from PetFlow. You had the exact brand and type I was looking for. I'm also extremely pleased with the high quality of your customer service. I was not going to be home on the date you had scheduled to deliver the canned cat food and I was concerned about it being in the hot sun. I called and spoke to a PetFlow rep who was quite understanding and accommodating about rescheduling. I'm also impressed that the music you had when I was on hold was classical piano, not the annoying canned stuff that most companies use and that is so irritating. Thank you for everything!! GREAT PRODUCTS but very slow shipping :( compared to others who deliver dog food. My order was so slow I needed to buy a bag of food from Amazon as I ran out waiting for this.
