I had a silly question trying my first order, and tried using the text option to contact for help. REALLY quick response, and very friendly. Prices were better than what I'd been paying, and the order took no time to receive. I've told all my friends! I'll definitely stick with you guys!

This has to be the most unreliable company! I’ve tried ordering my dogs prescription food from here twice. They do have a prescription from my vet and I do have it on auto ship. That being stated; I’ve never received my order. I’ve made multiple phone calls and all I get are excuses. It took them 9 days to send an email to me letting me I would not be receiving my order because the food is out of stock. The worst part, when I ordered it, it was in stock.

The service was fine. However, the food, the frozen meat/vegetables made my dogs sick. I mixed it with their regular food so it wouldn't mess up their digestion, but my older dog threw up all night. I have a senior dog - 12 years old - and a young one - 1 year old. Maybe it's not for all dogs. But the company's response was quick and delivery soon.

I was having difficulty finding my dog's prescription food but Petflow had it and I received it in a brief time. I am forever grateful.

Placed an order that never arrived. When I checked on my order, I was told due to a possible fraud security issue my order was cancelled. While I appreciate my credit card being protected, i received no notification that the order was cancelled.
