Petflow is doing a great job keeping up with the Jones' I love the variety they offer (things that the others don't) but still can get the favorites. It's one of the first places I try when looking for food.

I still haven't received the prescription food I was told was being shipped 2 weeks ago. This is the only food he can have and it's not like I can just go to the pet store for it. I had to buy more from the vet to avoid running out while we wait for the order I placed over two weeks early. No excuses - it's in stock. I asked for status updates this week and received no response. I am very frustrated and don't even know if it's on the way yet or not. Horrible service!

Was so happy to find Dr Marty’s freezes dried food for our puppy. It was easy to order and it came so fast. I was shocked. Will order again

While I would prefer getting an email with the shipping estimate, I’m very pleased at how quickly my texts are returned when I ask questions.

Prices are great. Website is horribly slow to maneuver. And while shipping is free,over a certain amount, they dont ship for several days so it took a week to get my food. I'm very used to 2 days at chewy's so just make sure to plan accordingly. They do have autoship so we will see how that goes. Stay tuned.

First and foremost, Petflow is the only company that seems to specialize in carrying products that you cannot find in most pet stores. I love the options and will continue to shop with Petflow to find the products needed. Communication is key, my order was not readily available at one location but they ensured it was delivered on time by another location. No complaints here! Appreciate the email communication for status.

I got the run around all day and spent hours trying to be the liaison between my vet's office and PetFlow. I was lied to, given false information from the jump that my order would be shipped out ASAP, and was told it takes basically no time to get the vet approval. I spoke with a woman this am who told me they had already attempted numerous times to reach my vet so I spent all afternoon calling them and trying to get them to push through. Come to find out, they never received any request. When I called just now (after spending over an hr in 8 min increments throughout the afternoon then being sent to your voicemail or just sitting there and no one answering) I finally got a gentleman who told me there is a queue and contacting my vet could take 24-48 hours from now…. So what about that, it will take no time, statement prior to ordering? The gentlemen didn’t seem concerned at all that my dog literally cannot eat anything else and is out of food so could likely die since no one in the area has any……. Chewy is soooooo much more efficient I didn’t have this issue with them it took like 2 seconds for my order to be shipped even the first time and I have been using them for years now. They, unfortunately, are out of stock on this product so I thought I’d give PetFlow a try. Big mistake…. I’ll be reviewing this anywhere I can so others don’t go thru this mess I had to go through.
