Ordered four cases of dog food. When they were delivered, we found there was no packing to stop them from excessive movement within the box. One case had come apart and the cans were all loose. The last time we ordered, they used cardboard blocks to take up excess space in the carton. That worked very well, much better than the air filled bags used previously that always end up deflated in transit. Other than that, good pricing and fast shipping.

Using the website was very easy and my cat food was available However delivery was awful. UPS delivered to the wrong address and then the box was run over by that owner. 18 out of 48 cans of cat food were destroyed. Poor service only on the delivery.

Petflow's website is terribly slow. I had to begin entering my info several times. It took a long time for my vet to get the order to approve. I never did hear back to see if I would ever get my order. I still haven't received the dog food that I ordered from Petflow (Royal Canin Veterinary diet mobility large breed). I had to start my dogs on a new food without transitioning because I ran out of their regular food.

Easy to order prescription food. Didn’t have to call the vet and food came fast.

My only complaint was that a few of the delivered cans were dented. It’s probably not a big deal, but honestly I would never purchase cans in a store if they were dented.

I purchased a crate for my dog, set it up and kept all the packaging. My dog was scared of the new crate and would not step in it. This went on for two days. When I called about returning it I was told that since the package was opened I could not return it, even if I was able to repackage it perfectly. So I’ve lost $94. I plan on donating it to a shelter. I will not be purchasing from Pet Flow again.
