This ordered was cancelled on Nov 18 and then shipped on the next day. I was told the food was out of stock after 2 weeks of waiting and then I cancelled. The rep obviously didn’t cancel the order per my request. I called customer service the day I received the shipping email and the rep indicated she would discuss with her supervisor and would be taken care of and I would receive a call back within 24 hours. I have not heard a word and now the shipment is being delivered and I have already received the same order from another vendor that had in stock. I plan to return to the sender and expect a full refund. Extremely disappointed with Petflow especially since this was my first order.

I ordered Royal Canin hydrolized protein can dog food. I was so happy they said they had it, and ordered . The next week I called to check on status and nice lady said “ yes, it is all approved and ready to ship out” The next day I got a email saying they apologized they did not have the product!! I wasted 1 week waiting for a dog food they never had. Was so disappointed . I was willing to become a new long term customer, no longer !

I made my order on November 9th. They said they needed to verify my vet/prescription which I’m fine with. Almost a week later they tell me they’ve verified everything and my order should be sent out soon. Almost 2 weeks later, I still haven’t heard anything so I do a chat with customer service to follow up, see why my order hasn’t even shown up on my order history on my account with them. They told me that they can’t send my order out due to stocking issues. It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order for prescription cat food that they finally told me what was happening but only after I contacted them. Why couldn’t they let me know what was happening, keep me updated?

Still havent received half of my order. It keeps getting passed from warehouse to warehouse. At this point I doubt I'll ever see it.
