Thank you Pet Flow for having my dogs food in stock and for a competitive price. I had a shipping/delivery issue and contacted them on a Saturday. They responded on a SUNDAY! Can't get much better than that for excellent customer service.

I have always been happy with PetFlow to find my cat his favorite food and now my new dog her favorite food. The dog toys are also good quality for a great price. Prices are competitive and deliveries are always on time. The items are carefully packaged. I have been shopping at PetFlow for several years now and plan to continue.

I love the variety of pet food they carry and the prices are better than in my local pet shops. Customer service is great whenever I have a question or problem.

I have had to talk to customer service on several locations and they went above and beyond to help me. Very polite and the response time when you text them is immediate. I know there was a shortage of food not just with them but in other stores and other food sources and as soon as they got the shipment in I got my package.

I have not yet received the shipment. And the customer service people have been concerned but not effective in resolving the problem

Really not use to receiving pet supplies so neatly packed & not crushed or spilled. Delivery took a little longer but was well worth the wait. Finally a company that cares enough to do decent packing of merchandise!!
