Petflow was founded in 2010 with one thing in mind: to make it easier for pet parents everywhere to get the highest quality foods around at great prices. We carry nearly 150 brands of the finest dog and cat food, treats and more, and ship them directly to your doorstep on a convenient Auto-Ship delivery schedule.Based in Pennsylvania with teams and facilities on both coasts, our talented staff are dedicated to providing our customers with the best service possible. Pet Flow is top notch
Pet Flow is top notch. I have had damaged dog products in the past with shipping. They are more than willing to help. They keep you informed about your orders. I would only recommend better packing and dividing up an order that has a case of canned pet food so the products do not get damaged. Thank You Pet Flow

Watch OUT!! They've Doubled their Prices, and Did Not inform me, and shiped More unwanted shipments
Petflow did Not send me an email that Another shipment of food was coming, as I did not order it, and Petflow had already doubled my shipment before that, and I called in because I didn't order the last one that was sent (or even the previous one 6 week earlier), and, they did Not send me an email that a shipment was coming Again, AND they didn't send me an email the price of that food DOUBLED since the last shipment.... I'm disputing the increase of price with my credit card company, and provided them with all these details.

We did send shipment and pricing notifications by email, but it’s possible they were missed if inbox filters are in place or if communication preferences were updated. We understand how concerning it is to receive an unexpected order or price change and truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Petflow provides super-fast shipping with super-fast delivery by FedEx! You always have my desired product in stock that's fresh and insect free. Only negative is the recent ten-dollar price increase on Nutrisource Super Performance dog food! That's about a 13% increase!
