I still have not received my order or a ship date. I ordered two weeks ago and the item was in stock. I am out of food and disappointed.

Worst pet online company. Unreliable delivery service. Overall horrible pet online company. Do not use this company for your furry babies. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Customer service was good. Disappointed that I was able to add an item to my cart, check out, and process an order only to find out a week later it was not available to order.
