Order was canceled, was informed that it was canceled and when it reached out they wouldn't tell me why.

I had a terrible experience with a person answering the phone. I wasn’t very happy but she was arrogant and laughed at me because I suggested you all might choose a different way to do auto ship on the final checkout. I did loose my temper and for that I am sorry. She on the other hand did nothing but insult me and that made me furious. Aren’t you suppose to help the client even if they are irritated ? Maybe by saying “I’m so sorry you have had a problem with our ordering site”. Something kind or helpful! I’m am trying to find someone else to order my dog food from now. I am so disappointed in your ordering site and your person who answered the phone. I know you want to push your auto-ship but it doesn’t work for me. I accidentally hit the wrong thing and got two shipments instead of one I told her to take me off the auto-ship. Please make sure she did. Ramona Dunn

First I had a difficult time reaching anyone in customer service to assist me. I tried to call and was hung up on twice. When I finally got a live person I was explaining what happened and was told that we needed to have a conversation that I could not do all the talking. It was quite frustrating to then be told that I created an order that I did not create. I had one order that was processed again 9 days after the first one and apparently my VET also approved it 9 days after the first. I was told I created this and YES, the VET approved it. Repeatedly I was charged and erroneous amount then refunded the difference to meet the actual amount I should have been charged on both instances. I've never dealt with such a shady group that is frankly not very nice on the phone either. I will be sure to convey to my VET that they too approved a prescription 9 days apart so they can note to never work with your company in the future. In closing, I'm still waiting for the second order I did not place but have been charged. I will be on pins and needles waiting for it to arrive or God help me I'll just open a case with Paypal and the Better Business Bureau.

First order and I am excited. Cheaper than Chewy, faster delivery, and my Epileptic dogs special food is in stock~~~~. I am now on Auto-ship!!!!

Website showed they had Hills Science Diet C/D stress chicken & vegetable stew wet cat food in stock. I ordered and they received authorization from my vet to ship. They immediately billed my credit card but never sent shipping info and never communicated that they did not have in stock. It was only when I contacted them after 1 week of ordering that they said they did not have in stock. Their website still shows food is in stock when no other supplier has it.

I ordered cat food two weeks ago and have not received my order.

Fast delivery, great price. My dog loves those Scince Diet little bones.
