The worst CS of any company I ever dealt with. The reps whom answered my calls about my order didn’t have time to listen to the reason this order was so important. I nearly lost my cat. She spent a week in ICU. One rep actually said she didn’t have time for that and let’s get on with the issue. The other one said “ I think we are done here”. Then one told me something that was totally wrong. I hope they did record the calls. I am telling the truth. No matter how great the price is you will never sell me anything.
