Product was great. I keep asking for delivery to front door. Got closer this time but still no there.

I stumbled upon this company because the item I ordered from another company was out of stock and I was having a hard time finding it at a decent price. PetFlow not only had it in stock they gave me a discount as a first time buyer and their original price was better than several places I looked anyway. Delivery was fast and I will look here first next time! I was very pleased with their professionalism and good customer service which is hard to come by now adays. Thank you.

Overall good experience

I haven't had any problems with PetFlow. Ordering & receiving went just fine.

Order arrived in timely manner but carrier (FedX) damaged about five cans

Orders are continuously late, despite offering 1-3 day shipping (it usually takes 3 days just for order to be processed and ship out from the warehouse)mCustomer service was supposed to ship out an overnight replacement order for food that was about to run out and the replacement is still not here (it's scheduled to arrive a full 10 days after the "overnight" order). This has now happened 3 times in a row and I won't be ordering from Petflow again.

The items I ordered were exactly what I wanted and they were delivered in a timely manner.
