I’ve tried to order twice and even texted a couple times. Still no order.

Since I have just started using petflow, I cannot rate but I did receive dog food on time as planned.

Two things annoy me about Petflow. 1) You can't just cancel an "auto-ship" without calling them. So, your only option is to just pause it. What ends up happening is you get shipments you weren't wanting being ready to ship and you just have to skip them again until you're ready. Annoying! 2) Every single time it ships and you get a tracking number and an estimated time of arrival, the next day you get an email saying "your shipment is running a little behind." It's because you use the Bush league company known as Fedex. Being a UPS driver that wouldn't happen a tenth of the time it does with Fedex. We aren't perfect but our shipments are way more on time than that second rate company.

Bag of dog food ripped on arrival. Terrible packaging! I will be disputing the charge if a full refund isn’t offered. Usage for my dog and the heavy ripped bag of food must be discarded for safety.

Had a price that beat every other website I checked including all your dog stores and also with free shipping that I received in a few days.
