Editing my auto-ship supplies.
I liked the 6 lb bags of cat litter because they were easier to carry than the 10 lb bags. However, you have now informed me that they are not available. My problem is that I had trouble working with my auto-ship orders when I was trying to change to the 6 lb bags when they were available, and changing back to 10 lb bags more recently. I found it difficult to do the "edit" program, although I had not had that trouble a year or so ago when I switched forms of cat litter. I am usually very happy with my experience with your company, but the last two or three orders have been difficult to edit.
