Wonderful customer service. My order was damaged during transit and they sent a replacement back to me ASAP.

I have been looking for a new supplier for my rescue. Unfortunately Pet Flow does not offer a wide enough selection of dog food, wet and/or dry, or dog supplies. The few items I ordered are not the usual products the dogs are used to which can lead to stomach issues. The company has apparently relocated to Las Vegas, NV since the last time I checked their selections. They were located in New York and I was used to receiving my orders next day. Now my order was split between NV and NY.

Petflow is a reputable company that is one of the few that sells the brand of dog food I like. The only issue I had was the delivery (FedEx NEVER delivers when they say they will) and the package itself had paper tape that was starting to pull away from the box. If I had gotten a larger bag of food, it would definitely burst open. Better taping needs to happen to avoid disasters.

I have had to talk with customer service twice now do to my learning their site. BEYOND HELPFUL! Great people to work with and I plan on staying here for a long time!
