Good and bad. Good. Most of my order was sent. The Bad. The rest of my order is placed on backorder though it was available when I ordered it. So there is an inventory tracking issue there. I was not charged and believe it was set to backorder and I will be charged when it arrives. What I did not see was an easy way to cancel the rest of the order if I had to wait on the backorder. I will wait a few more days to see how long it will take before I try to figure out how to cancel the rest of the order.

Great experience but its too early in the morning to write an essay on the matter.

Fast service

Order was not shipped when it was supposed to be. Only 2 out of 3 items came. Here it is JULY 3rd and still have not received my Verus dog food.(Order was placed June 21st) I have called several times. I will say I have placed orders before and got them but when you call now it’s one excuse after another.

This is my first time purchasing from this company and so far so good I had found the food I needed for my 14 yr old Cockapoo and it was surprisingly cheaper than any other online stores which was extremely nice and helpful to my wallet. The item shipped out quickly and received quickly and no cans were dented or damaged in any way. I was purchasing from chewy.com and paying over $70 for the same amount of food and same brand, but since I found this online store I’m definitely switching. Thank you PetFlow

The product line is great. They offer great dog food. Their shipping is timely.

I can't fault the order I placed. It arrived just slightly late...but that was okay. My gripe is that they sent me an email saying if I shopped Fromme, I would get $10 in treats, free. I tried copying and using the code and it said I had special characters in it. I then typed it out myself and it said it wasn't valid, it was only for subscription items. I emailed them about the problem and they never bothered to respond. Well, they lost a nice sale of another 30# bag of puppy food.

Love, love this company! Found them about 8 months ago and I’m extremely happy with the products selection and outstanding customer service & support. Plus their promo codes are always very helpful!.. Above and beyond 👍 A+. I’ll highly recommend to all our furry babies’ parents.
