Good prices. the website needs tweaking. not easy to check-out and view all info before placing order

Only part of my order arrived the other part was listed as simply “shipping” for about 10 days. I eventually had to contact customer support and got an email from someone named “Tiffany’s mom” 2 days later. It was a little strange and unprofessional, a tracking number from the start would have been more appreciated.

My orders are filled correctly and promptly. My cat depends on his prescription food to continue living and thriving. It is imperative that he receives his food daily. Pet flow is easy to use and i usually receive my order in 2 to 3 days.

Not a fan of computers but understand there needed now. I find that they are thinking for us now and if you don't catch the mistake there is no way to correct it. Thank goodness you keep up with your emails. Your sales and service has been great. Thanks for the help.
