I never got my products

Our items arrived and one of the litter bags was cut opened!! It was a total mess and I lost a ton of the litter I paid a lot of money for. The shipping was also incredibly slow and I had to go out and buy cat food as i was waiting for the order to arrive. I am so disappointed and would like to be compensated for at least the one bag that was not usable. I am happy to provide pictures upon request.

It took two weeks to receive my order. When I called over a week after placing the order and receiving a shipping confirmation, I was told a replacement order would be sent. My order had a shipping number assigned, but had not been shipped. I received emails later saying they didn't have the item in stock and it would be sent from a different warehouse. I received part of the order and got no communication on the other part. I got an email and two days after the first part came I received the second part separately. Meanwhile, I had to find dog food elsewhere and pay more to keep my dogs fed while waiting for my PetFlow order.

took too long to receive my order. had to go and buy additional food. asked to have asap. also wrong food was received. i will not order from this company again

I had ordered & received a large bag of prescription dog food. My vet changed which food he recommended; however I still had that unopened first bag. Your agent on the phone arranged for me to return that bag at no cost to me, & order the new prescription food. So far, the new food seems to be helpful (Frenchie with terrible gastrointestinal problems).

Every time I get order from your company the box is all ripped dont know if its your company or fed ex ,but I doubt its fed-ex I get stuff from them all the time & boxes are great. Its haed to pick up a box thats ripped
