We have been loyal customers for many years. This is the 2nd time that our order was extremely We rely on a time when our pet food comes and it came a full 2 weeks after we ordered it! I called and was told that some of it wasn’t in stock. I mentioned that it would have helped tremendously if we knew that before we ordered it. I was told that the company does not do that. We are done with this company and will go elsewhere.

Hi I recieved my shipment (order 11301314) yesterday. The shipping box arrived undamaged and no indicatons of improper handling. However, when I opened the shipping box one of the two cases had the end cardboard ripped open and the first three cans were damaged. Two of the three cans were bloated and the other appeared to be on its way also. Please see attached photo. For whatever reason it looks like three cans had been removed and these three bad cans had been replaced into the ripped cardboard flat. Rob Attachment(s) cat food can damage.jpg For the very reason that the order arrived rather questionable and someone packaging up the shiipment to be sent to a customer without regard for its contents condition is not a company I will again to business with.
