It was what I ordered. Just make sure to specify if you want auto delivery or not. Order came well packaged. Can’t beat the price anywhere else. The cheapest place I’ve found to order coco coir. I definitely will order again.

Website offers out-of-stock item for sale including completion of transaction, charging credit card and promise of delivery. Only later do they figure out they cannot fulfill. This is a contract in good faith that is reneged by the seller - breach of trust - would not use PetFlow in the future.

First purchase. My bank flagged my the transaction because it appeared it was being submitted twice. Had to verify with card company and call petflow. The cat litter arrive in two separate shipments. Did not say anything about second portion coming later. Got an email later saying litter bags were out and they were refunding the amount. So overall first purchase was a bit rough.

I've placed 2 orders ever with petflow and both of them have been a disaster. Customer service is awful and I won't make the mistake for a third time. Petflow had me wait a week for food that was out of stock. They didn't even bother to send an email letting me know.

I ordered the wrong dog food and "Maya's Mom, Kyrstie" helped me cancel the order quickly, so that I can try again!
