I was hesitant to order from Petflow but I have a few times now and am very pleased! Every time my items have been a much better price than at other retailers online and in store, and have come within 4 days of ordering. Every. Time. I have been very please so far.

Unfortunately my pet had to be euthanized while waiting for my Petflow order. Customer service responded immediately, issued full refund and could not have been any more caring and understanding. Previous orders were timely and as ordered.

I've purchased the same dog food from Pet Flow for quite some time now without any problems. This last order when my package arrived it contained an entirely different brand in a different size bag than what I ordered. When I called Pet Flow they were apologetic and sent a replacement with the correct product. I still had to repack the wrong order and tape it up and put it back out for Fed Ex to collect which was a minor inconvenience but one I shouldn't have had to deal with.
