DO NOT use pet flow. Please use Chewy I had a bag of food delivered a day before my cat passed away and Petflow would not make an exception for a return or offer a donation with a refund. Chewy honors their customers, especially during times of such hardship. Petflow is strictly money driven and does not care about their customers

We are so deeply sorry for the loss of your cat. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and we genuinely wish we could have done more for you during such a difficult time. We understand how painful it must have felt to be in that situation and we are sorry our policy left you feeling unsupported. While we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds on food orders, we never want any pet parent to walk away feeling like we don't care, because we truly do. We hope you and your family are finding some comfort during this time.
