We are truly sorry for this experience and we completely understand your frustration. You made a change to your account in good faith and our system did not process it the way it should have. That is not acceptable, and asking you to haul a 30 pound package to FedEx was not a reasonable solution, especially given the physical challenges you mentioned. We hear you, and we are sorry we were not able to do better for you after years of being a customer.
