I subscribe for my dog's food and never had a problem until recently. The problem was with FedEx not Petflow. Our pkg never got delivered and Petflow resent it immediately.

I have had an autoship with Petflow for 7 years...the most recent dog food that two of my pups were on for over 1.5 years starting giving them very poor stool. We worked to eliminate all food items and reintroduce them one by one to isolate what was causing this. When I contacted Petflow regarding the issue and the unopened bag on the autoship, they were dismissive and provided no assistance, even though the product that they sold was what was causing my pups to be ill. This is very disappointing and I would never recommend buying from them again.

Hi there, thank you for being a Petflow customer for 7 years. That truly means the world to us. We're so sorry to hear your pups have been having digestive issues and that your experience with our team left you feeling unheard. We understand how concerning it is when your fur babies aren't feeling well. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on food items, so our reps were limited in what they could offer in that moment. That said, we never want a loyal pet parent to feel unsupported, and we'd love the chance to connect with you directly. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look into your account and see what we can do for you.
