It would be so awesome to actually be able to use a coupon code I am sent from this company without having to contact them. It's always the same answer, too-"Oh, that coupon has been used before." This is not a good response when they are the ones who sent me the coupon code! Someone has managed a fix the last two times, but I really don't appreciate the hassle or being made to feel like I am trying to get one over on them.

I have been looking for the brand of cat food I ordered from Pet Flow for several months. It was not available, and my cat is very picky. I can now get it from Pet Flow and my cat will begin gaining weight again. Also, the price was less than what I paid when purchasing locally. Thank You so much.

Placed an order Friday day, emailed to cancel that order after hours on Friday night hoping it would be seen Monday and canceled. Reached out via text on Monday to confirm cancelation. Was told once the orders approve they are shipped, but they would look into it. Item wasn't shipped at that point, but they did in fact still ship it rather than cancel like I requested. Bummed my request was ignored.

For years I have had an excellent experience with PetFlow. When my pets' food was not available in our local pet stores, PetFlow was a great source to fulfill their needs. I have received topnotch customer service on numerous occasions. I only cancelled my auto-ship because my pets' food needs changed and after relocating, I found a local small-business that carried their new food and wanted to support local business. Otherwise, I would still be an avid customer! Thank you for providing me with such amazing service for the past six years! If I ever have repeat needs that I can't fulfill locally, PetFlow will be my first choice! Kyrstie was so friendly and helpful with my last two contacts with customer service - she's a keeper!
